Still here
Made a quick trip to TH this weekend...ok, just Saturday night. Ate supper w/ Dawn, Bob, Billie, and James - and then went back to Billie & James' house to play Rock Band. We had to share the Wii w/ the kids - which was lots of fun. No - I did NOT sing. ha ha Came home Sunday - I was not feeling very good then, either. Missed seeing both sets of parents. :o(
Lenzi's 5th grade bball team played in a tournament and came in 3rd. They even got a trophy! I have pics from another parent, but have to get loaded. I hate to say it, but I'm glad the season is over. Guess what - softball sign ups are next week. Then track starts, too. AACK!
Traveling to Indy this Saturday - girls have orthodontist appts in Greenwood. Will find out if Miss Lenzi gets braces or not. She's been wearing a retainer for a yr - following the lovely palate spacer she had on for 6mths.
Keith's faithfully walking on the treadmill...me, I can't seem to motivate myself. 4:30 am comes too soon, and then by evening I'm ready for bed!! I know...I need to get moving!!! ;o)
Hard to believe my baby girl turns 11 in one month. And, my older baby girl turns 14 in May! We've been letting her drive a little her and there - remember we live in middle of nowhere, so there's lots of gravel roads that are traveled very little. Keith even let her drive his truck...yeah, I was shocked. He's loving it, though. Keep telling her I'm going to find a stick shift car to make her learn to drive! ha ha

For my mom...
She gave up cheerleading this year for volleyball. I was sad at first, but I'm ok w/ it now. She does love it and I love watching her play. She's growing up so fast, it makes me sad. She's such a goof ball. She's into boys, texting, and being a social butterfly. She told me tonight that she's just going to do volleyball, track and then the summer softball. Tried to convince her to play jr high softball, but she said no because it will interfere with track. I love watching her play softball almost as much as I loved watching her play soccer - which our school does not offer, as it would conflict w/ football. Oh well.
This is what goes on at our house most evenings that we aren't running from one place to another. The girls got a Wii for Christmas, and I have to admit Keith and I like it almost as much as the girls do. We removed our dining room table and made our dining room into the game room. Ha ha. Not like we used the dining room anyway! Stormi, we have put your tv to good use!
Not much else is going on. We're enjoying being home after all the travel during the holidays.
Mom, I hope you have a smile on your face, after all, I'm blogging for your sake. Love you!
